MILES has written, produced, directed and edited hundreds of episodes of television, multiple TV specials, commercials, music videos and short films. He is the recipient of an Emmy award, two WGA Awards, three Peabodys and numerous other nominations.

 

He was Executive Producer, co-creator, writer and director for the Emmy award-winning Full Frontal with Samantha Bee on TBS which enjoyed a seven year run.

 

His films have played worldwide from Cannes to Sao Paulo to London and New York. His essays and satire can be read in McSweeney’s, The Occasional, The Morning News, Defenestration and Funny or Die.

He previously served as Senior Producer for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and was Executive Producer for the comedy special, DL Hughley: The Endangered List, which was honored with a 2013 Peabody Award. His web series, Halal in the Family, with co-creator Aasif Mandvi, was the recipient of the 2016 Peabody New Futures of Media award. ​He is the co-creator of MTV's long-running Room Raiders and the Executive Producer for the Institute for Primary Facts, an experiential non-profit which mixes political satire with activism and has reached millions with its viral in-person exhibitions in 2026.
